At the same time, the sublance model system developed by our company has also completed various data communication debugging and has been put into use.
By comparing with the previous three furnaces, the specific use effect is as follows: the steel consumption is reduced by 1.68kg/t year-on-year when smelting semi-steel, the oxygen consumption is reduced by 1.294m3/t year-on-year when smelting semi-steel, and the oxygen consumption is reduced by 2.98m3/t year-on-year when smelting molten iron. The C-T double hit rate at the end point was significantly improved, the blowing rate was reduced, the safety accidents were reduced, and the labor environment and labor intensity were significantly improved.
