Main Business

Sublance Systems Sublance is a measurement lance that carries sensors into the steel bath of the BOF converter vessel. Various sensors could be mounted on the tip of the sublance. The sensors could carry out direct measurement of the melt without interrupting the Oxygen blow and without requiring turn-down of the vessel. Sublance system therefore could provide highly reliable and accurate measurements with performance exceeding Off-gas analysis or drop sensors.
Control Model The control model is the foundation of key technologies in automatic steelmaking, which includes a two-level computer control system for static and dynamic mathematical models and a secondary gun data processing system. It is a scientific steelmaking method that combines theoretical calculations, expert experience, and advanced detection methods. It has gradually developed with the development of computer networks and information technology, as well as industrial control technology and control networks. It is currently a key technology that is gradually maturing in converter steelmaking.
Automated Steelmaking Automated steelmaking (also known as "one key steelmaking") refers to the smelting process of an independent furnace. After starting the blowing process, the blowing process does not require operator intervention and relies on a model to automatically complete the smelting process until the blowing process of this furnace ends automatically.
